From October 12 to 15, CBB 2026 — the China International Brew & Beverage Technology and Equipment Exhibition — was held at the Shanghai New International Expo Center. At Booth 1A03 in Hall W1, Ebro presented its German wireless temperature validation systems, exchanging views with visiting brewing, filling and quality management professionals on two core topics: verifying actual pasteurization intensity and tracing cold-chain temperature records.
Venue: Shanghai New International Expo Center, Hall W1, Booth 1A03
Pasteurization is the most critical checkpoint for beer flavor. The conventional approach is to read the pasteurizer's instrument display — but that measures the temperature of the spray water, not the beer inside the bottle. Between the two, there is often a gap of one or two decisive degrees.
One system covers both production and distribution, delivering a complete temperature validation solution for metrological compliance and quality traceability.
Over the four days, the demo case was opened and closed again and again. Some visitors brought pasteurization curves to ask about PU deviations; others wanted to solve temperature gaps in cold-chain trucks; and some simply wanted to see how a probe fits into a beer bottle. These concrete questions from the production line will feed into Ebro's next round of product refinement.
The 68th (2026) China National Pharmaceutical Machinery Exposition & 2026 China International Pharmaceutical Machinery Exposition (CIPM) will be held from October 27 to 29 at the Xiamen International Expo Center. Ebro will present its German wireless temperature validation systems at Booth B49, International Hall 1.
The same logic applies on the pharmaceutical shop floor: Is the temperature distribution inside the autoclave uniform? Does the lyophilization curve stay within the validated range? Are there gaps in cold-chain storage? Live demonstrations at the booth will cover sensor placement, in-process measurement and data traceability for wireless temperature validation systems in pharmaceutical and biologics applications.
